Rihanna "Only Girl (In The World)" Video Premiere

"Only Girl (In The World)" is the first single off Rihanna's upcoming album Loud (November 16th). This video = Kelis' "4th Of July (Fireworks)" video, only more boring, courtesy of director Anthony Mandler, the one she uses the most, yet shouldn't be using at all. This one's not for the tired... unless, of course, you're trying to fall asleep.

Goo Goo Dolls Perform On Dancing With The Stars

The Goo Goo Dolls took to Dancing With The Stars to perform a medley of their mega-hit "Iris" & new single "Notbroken", which is not surprising, considering it was the top-selling single song on their new album Something For The Rest Of Us the week it was released. The songs also sounded good together... although those harmonies kinda ruined it.

Freemasons ft. Wynter Gordon "Believer" Video Premiere

Wynter Gordon stars as the featured vocalist in the video for "Believer", the new single from the Freemasons, who, among others, famously remixed Kelly Rowland's "Work" to UK success. Obviously on a tight budget, the video is nice enough. I'll take as much Wynter as I can get! Speaking of which, her EP The First Dance, which should feature "Believer", arrives November 2nd.

2010 American Music Award Nominees Announced

Usher leads the pack of relevant nominees for the 2010 American Music Awards with three nods. Alicia Keys & Carrie Underwood nabbed a pair each, while Rihanna & The Black-Eyed Peas earned one apiece. In addition to his nominations, Usher, as well as Pink, will be performing at this year's festivities, which go down live on Sunday, November 21st @ 8/7c on ABC. Unfortunately, the AMAs have lost all credibility in recent years, but it should be a good show!

Brandy danced an emotional Rumba on Dancing With The Stars (Unplugged?) for the competition's fourth week. Receiving an excellent performance score & an almost-as-good technical score, Brandy was also chosen by voters at home to make it through to next week!

Kelis Performs "Scream" On The Alan Titchmarsh Show

Kelis performed her third single "Scream" off Flesh Tone on the new go-to show for promotion in the UK, The Alan Titchmarsh Show, following a short interview. She's awesome... & while we're on the subject of "Scream"/her awesomeness, I watched the video in 3D & it kinda DOES work! (I'm glad I doubted it or else it wouldn't have... lol)

Wynter Gordon To Release EP

On November 2nd, Wynter Gordon will release an EP entitled The First Dance preceding her debut album With The Music I Die. The EP will feature her recent collaborations with David Guetta ("Toyfriend", previously posted) & Freemasons ("Believer", listen below), & more. Riding the success of her #1 dance hit "Dirty Talk", it sounds like Wynter will be headed in a dance-heavy direction, which isn't ideal, but it's quite exciting to finally get some kind of multi-song release from this talented singer/songwriter!

Katharine McPhee is getting a head start on the holiday shopping season with today's release of her new album Christmas Is The Time To Say I Love You. I haven't heard anything on the album yet, but Katharine McPhee & Christmas music sounds like a match made in heaven! If you're interested in this, I'd recommend buying it via the link HERE or the widget on your right because I went to four (yes, 4!) stores today & NONE of them had it... I guess it's too early. :(

Ciara "Gimmie Dat" Video Premiere

"Gimmie Dat" is one of the second singles off Ciara's upcoming album Basic Instinct (December 14th). That just happened! EASILY the best video of the year thus far. It's like Janet Jackson's "All Nite (Don't Stop)" except on steroids/better! Give her her %@#$ bass credit!!

Oh, Keyshia Cole, how I adore thee Twitter addiction. Keyshia tweeted that on Friday (October 15th, the singer's 29th birthday), her new single "I Ain't Thru" (rumored to feature Nicki Minaj) will be released. She still insists that her fourth album will come out in December--which is good news & I hope it happens--& has named several tracks that will likely appear on the project: "Sometimes", "Long Way Down", "Last Hangover", & "So Impossible". In related news, Keyshia has suggested that, due to an apparent change of heart, there might be another season of her BET reality show! But, I mean, c'mon, Keyshia + Nicki?! Let's get this show on the road!
