Dawn Richard has unleashed a trailer for her first solo video "SMFU (Save Me From U)" off her upcoming debut album GoldenHeart. I really hope the new year inspires people like her, Brandy, Cassie, Monica, Melanie Fiona... (need I go on?) to start making some real moves toward getting some music out!

T-Pain ft. Dawn Richard "Fantasy" Video Premiere

Dawn Richard is featured on "Fantasy", a cut off T-Pain's prEVOLVEr mixtape. How it didn't make the album is beyond me because I don't see T-Pain making better music than this. Dawn sounds amazing on this!

Dawn Richard Album Update

With regards to her solo project, Dawn Richard has announced her intentions to put out a trilogy of releases. The conceptual trio will kick off with GoldenHeart in late 2011/early 2012 & is set to include an intro entitled "Hollywood Story" as well as a D'Mile (Jennifer Lopez's Love?) production called "Running From Sane". BlackHeart & RedemptionHeart will follow. Sounds interesting. Most likely drawn-out unfortunately, but interesting.
