Girlicious Perform "Like Me" On America United

So, Girlicious also performed on the same America United special that Janet did. They performed their first single "Like Me," which comes from their self-titled debut album that has yet to be released in the US. Don't get it twisted: I'm no fan of these PCD wannabes necessarily. For some reason, however, I like this song, but they could really use some dance lessons from the Dolls they so desperately wish to be.

Girlicious Performs "Like Me" On The KTLA Morning News

Here's what I was expecting: Pussycat Doll look-a-likes that can sing about as well as the originals--with the exception of Nicole Scherzinger. It could just be the performance, but this definitely makes them come off as studio singers. I will give them one thing: they can dance. I must say, though, that other girl groups out there (*cough* Danity Kane *cough*) are much more talented vocally, which is what counts in my book. Anyway, Girlicious' self-titled debut album hits stores on July 1st.
