Britney Spears "The Femme Fatale Tour" Cover

The atrocious, lazy cover art for Britney Spears' The Femme Fatale Tour DVD has been revealed. Could they do no better? Really?! It comes out on November 21st.

^#1 Album #1 Single^
Evanescence's self-titled album returns them to the top of the Billboard 200, where Britney Spears' B In The Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2 debuts @ #46. Adele continues atop the Hot 100 singles chart with "Someone Like You", while Rihanna's "We Found Love" (7-6 with Digital & Airplay Gainer honors) & Usher/David Guetta's "Without You" (8-7) continue their respective slow ascents.

Britney Spears "Femme Fatale" Tour Sneak Peek
Electrifying performer (...) Britney Spears has unleashed this attack on the senses - otherwise known as a teaser for the upcoming showing of her Femme Fatale tour on EPIX. It airs November 12th @ 8/7c, but chances are you don't have the channel unless you have some kind of deluxe package from your satellite provider & this certainly isn't justification to upgrade, especially when you can just wait for the DVD. For a further peek at what Brit will have to offer, check out this video that starts off the show:

Britney Spears "B In The Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2" Cover & Tracklisting
Britney Spears will be releasing B In The Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2 on October 11th. Why they stuck to the tack-tastic theme of the first one for the cover art of this second one, I do not know. Maybe you'll find the tracklisting below more intriguing?1. Gimme More (Kaskade Club Mix)
2. Piece Of Me (Tiƫsto Club Mix)
3. Radar (Tonal Club Remix)
4. Womanizer (Benny Benassi Extended)
5. Circus (Linus Loves Remix)
6. If U Seek Amy (U-Tern Remix)
7. 3 (Manhattan Clique Club Remix)
8. Till The World Ends (Alex Suarez Club Remix)
9. I Wanna Go (Gareth Emery Remix)
10. Criminal (Varsity Team Remix)
(They know that "Hold It Against Me" was a #1 single, right?!) I'm not nearly as negative about this release as most seem to be..! The "Till The World Ends" remix with Nicki Minaj & Ke$ha should be a bonus track though.

The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards Recap
Beyonce "Love On Top"
Britney Spears Tribute
A pregnant Beyonce showed off her baby bump following a fantastic performance of a 4 fan-favorite after Britney Spears' awkward acceptance speech for the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award (her pathetic tribute, which deserved for MUCH more effort to be put into it than MTV, not the little girls--who were too young to have been aware of any of what they were performing when it actually happened--did, is also above) turned into an intro for King B. Speaking of Britney, she also picked up the Best Pop Video moonman for "Till The World Ends", while Nicki Minaj won Best Hip-Hop Video for "Super Bass". As for the awards that weren't given out on the air, Beyonce has more cause to celebrate because her "Run The World (Girls)" video earned the Best Choreography moonman! To see the other winners, click HERE. Overall, Beyonce's moment saved the show from otherwise being a total bust (aside, I suppose, from Nicki's win).

Billboard Update
While Adele's 21 was busy notching the most weeks atop the Billboard 200 album chart (12) in almost as many years (11) & LMFAO continued to keep Katy Perry from landing another #1 on the Hot 100 singles chart with "Party Rock Anthem", Christina Aguilera & Maroon 5 earned the Digital Gainer title with "Moves Like Jagger", which shot back to its peak (25-8), & Britney Spears' "I Wanna Go" jumped 9-7 for a new peak.

Britney Spears "Gimme More (Alternate Version)" Video Premiere
Timely as it may be, an alternate version of (pre-meds!) Britney Spears' dreadful "Gimme More" video has surfaced featuring some of the footage shot for the Blackout single's clip that didn't make the original cut (different locations & such). Unfortunately, this is not really any better than what I consider to be the worst video I've ever seen & the alternate scenes serve no purpose.

The 2011 Billboard Music Awards Recap
Beyonce "Run The World (Girls)"
Nicki Minaj & Britney Spears - Medley
Rihanna & Britney Spears "S&M (Remix)"
Mary J. Blige & Lil' Wayne "Someone To Love Me (Naked)"
OneRepublic & Far East Movement - Medley
The Black-Eyed Peas - Medley
The Billboard Music Awards made their triumphant return by honoring Beyonce, who also gave the night's best performance, with the Millennium Award. The ever-robotic Britney Spears opened the show with Rihanna & effectively closed it by performing the "Till The World Ends" remix with Nicki Minaj following the latter's own bubbly performance of "Super Bass". Rihanna also walked away with the Top Female Artist & Top Radio Songs Artist awards as well as the trophy for Top Rap Song for "Love The Way You Lie" with Eminem. Mary J. Blige performed my JAM, while OneRepublic, with "Good Life", kicked off a joint performance with Far East Movement, which Ryan Tedder joined afterwards to perform their collaboration "Rocketeer" before they took over. In addition, The Black-Eyed Peas performed a medley of "Just Can't Get Enough" & "I Gotta Feeling" (with hints of "Boom Boom Pow" & "Don't Stop The Party" thrown in), & received the award for Top Duo/Group. Non-attendee (as far as I can tell) Usher picked up three awards: Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Album for Raymond Vs. Raymond, & Top R&B Song for "OMG". To check out all the winners, click HERE.

Britney Spears Does Harper's Bazaar

Looking remarkably, well, remarkable, Britney Spears is featured in a new cover shoot for the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar. In fact, Brit's been looking really good lately... fine by me! Her new album Femme Fatale is out now.
