Paris Bennett Performs "Oh Holy Night" With The San Diego Men's Chorus

Here's a little something else to get you into the Christmas spirit. Paris Bennett was recently welcomed by the San Diego Men's Chorus to perform "Oh Holy Night" with them. A very excellent showing indeed. Paris' Christmas album A Royal Christmas is available now.

Paris Bennett Gives Birth To Daughter

Paris Bennett welcomed a 5 lb., 15 oz. baby girl on Monday. Her daughter's name is Egypt Bennett. The baby's father is unknown to the public. The former American Idol finalist will release her Christmas album A Royal Christmas on October 14th, while her sophomore effort is expected early next year. I'm glad everything seemed to go smoothly for Princess P.

One of my favorite American Idol season 5 finalists Paris Bennett will be releasing her Christmas album A Royal Christmas on October 14th. Check out the apparently budgetless cover art above. It's a shame she doesn't have better support behind her, but at least we are getting new music from Princess P! Also, I'm loving the strategically placed present.

Paris Bennett Christmas Album Update

The rarest of occurences is one step closer to actually happening. An Idol alumni signed to an indie label is set to put out a promised release! When Paris Bennett announced her pregnancy, she also spoke of a holiday album to be released later this year. Well, with her child due in October, Paris has apparently decided to release her Christmas album A Royal Christmas in the same month. The set will include both traditional tunes (among them: "12 Days Of Christmas," "Little Drummer Boy," "Silent Night," & "Deck The Halls") & original tracks (including "Holla Day Shuffle" written by her mother, Jamecia Bennett). Considering I had stopped anticipating this release so as to not get disappointed like normal, I look forward to new music from Paris.

Paris Bennett Pregnant, Engaged

Keeping with the American Idol news I suppose, here's an update on season 5's Paris Bennett. In her own words, she responds to some of the rumors that have been circling around her recently:

well I was goin to do a special blog for my fans but yes im engaged and with child a girl and her name will be Egypt... she will be here in october just before the holiday album in november is released and the sophomore album in january!

Well, there you have it, folks. The 19-year-old is pregnant, engaged, & preparing new music for us as well. Congratulations to Princess P. I'm excited to hear her new music personally, which will supposedly be jazz-influenced--her specialty imo.
