Fergie has released her first fragrance "Outspoken" & an accompanying ad for the Avon exclusive. Despite the above being uploaded by the user to YouTube five months ago, I just saw this for the first time on TV last night. I'm wondering why, as successful a solo artist as she is, will.i.am is doing the jingle..?
