"Numba 1 (Tide Is High)," featuring Keri Hilson, is the second single off Kardinal Offishall's new album Not 4 Sale (out now). Keri is everywhere! I love it & I hope this means no more pushbacks for her debut album In A Perfect World..., which is slated for a December 9th release.
