Lil' Wayne's Tha Carter IV tops the Billboard 200 album chart this week, while Adele returns to the top of the Hot 100 singles chart with "Someone Like You" & Beyonce scores her second-highest (to "Ring The Alarm"'s #12) debut with "Love On Top" @ #20 following 113,000 downloads sold. Nicki Minaj & Usher join David Guetta in debuting with "Turn Me On" @ #37 & "Without You" @ #39, respectively. Nicki also re-enters alongside Rihanna @ #64 with "Fly".
