Rihanna leads the pack of nominees for this year's newly revived Billboard Music Awards with a whopping 18 nominations. Usher didn't do too shabby himself with 10 nods. Nicki Minaj & The Black-Eyed Peas each picked up four, while Monica & Alicia Keys scored a pair each as well. Set to perform are Rihanna & The Black-Eyed Peas. (Jennifer Lopez had been previously announced, but her name is curiously missing from the official Billboard releases at this time unfortunately.)
