Britney Spears, a newly released promotional photo of whom can be seen both above & below, has delayed the release of her upcoming album Femme Fatale by two weeks to March 29th. The likely reason is because she isn't done recording it yet, having spent some time in the studio just yesterday with will.i.am. THAT collabo does not excite me in the slightest, but I still have that cautiously optimistic feeling about this era..!
