"When Christmas Comes" is the latest promotional single lifted from Mariah Carey's new album Merry Christmas II You. Through a contest put together with the help of B. Scott, fans submitted their own videos for "When Christmas Comes", clips of which are infused here with Mariah's own personal Christmas photos to create the official 'fan video' for the song, & a lovely song it is!
