Ya, ya, Taylor Swift is on top of the Billboard 200 album chart this week with Speak Now... Americans should be ashamed of themselves. Ke$ha's "We R Who We R" enters atop the Hot 100 singles chart, where Rihanna jumps 83-60 with "What's My Name?" (which is a contender for #1 next week), earning the Airplay Gainer title in the process. Also, Kanye West's Nicki Minaj-assisted "Monster" earns the Digital Gainer title, following first full-week sales of 97,000 after it debuted off the strength of a single day's sales, jumping 79-18.
