Avril Lavigne has announced that the title of her long-awaited fourth album will be Goodbye Lullaby & that it is expected to drop in March. Her first single, "What The Hell", will be released in January, with the video being shot this month. "Alice" really wet my appetite earlier this year, so I'm excited for Avril to return.
