Nicki Minaj chronicles her road (literally) to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in this silly new promo for the show, airing Sunday, September 12th @ 9/8c. However, before Chelsea Handler takes the stage to host the big event, Nicki will perform "Your Love" during the pre-show, which kicks off an hour earlier. What, she gets a promo all to herself, but only gets to present, not perform--like Usher, at the show?! Eh... I look forward to seeing HB take the stage anyway--& this way, we don't have to wait as long!

UPDATE #2: Mary J. Blige has been added to the lineup of performers for the big show, where she will likely join previously announced performer Drake in a performance of his Swizz Beatz-produced "Fancy", which was originally recorded by MJB (listen below). Tune in Sunday!
