David Archuleta Performs "Something 'Bout Love" On Arthur Ashe Kids' Day

David Archuleta performed his first single "Something 'Bout Love" off The Other Side Of Down (October 5th) as-recorded for the first time on (national!) television during this year's Arthur Ashe Kids' Day, which kicks off the US Open. Dunno how you can sing so well while jumping up & down, but nice job, David!

He is one of the best live performers. He proved that every week during American Idol as the best, the most perfect pitch contestant. What surprised me more after idol is his ability to change up songs each time he sings. He wrote in his book, Chords of Strength, that his dad used to teach classes on how to rearrange/change up songs. So listeners don't feel to hear the same song over and over again. Now you know where his musicality comes from. Both mom and dad are musicians.

David lights-up the stage whenever or wherever he is performing. He then handles that stage so beautifully, you just know he belongs there!
I patiently wait for his next epic tour!

Awesome! David is a genius musician, and is the best I've ever seen LIVE! David has such a connection with his audience - it is a genuine and lovely gift.

I loved seeing David perform "Something 'Bout Love" live with the band for the first time. Yeah, David really stays in shape by exercising and eating healthy foods, which contributes to his ability to sing while running and jumping about the stage!
