Usher covers the current issue of Billboard, the charts he was once the king of, which has sparked speculation regarding whether or not Ursh can "make a comeback" with his upcoming album Raymond Vs. Raymond (March 30th). My response? I think Usher is one of those R&B singers that has paved enough of a way for himself that he'll sell well from here on out, but the days of selling diamond in the vein of Confessions are over for him (& the industry itself). Basically, considering his not-quite-2-year-old last album, which spawned a #1 single, I wouldn't say Usher is in a position to make a 'comeback,' as he never 'fell off' to begin with.[Source]
