I can't... drughead Ke$ha lands at the top spot on both the Billboard 200 album chart & Hot 100 singles chart this week with Animal & "Tik Tok," respectively. Elsewhere on the Billboard 200, Katharine McPhee debuts at #27 with her sophomore album Unbroken. Also, on the Hot 100, Rihanna's Young Jeezy-assisted "Hard" jumps 15-9, giving the singer her 13th top 10 hit & tying her (with Beyonce) for most top 10 hits by a female since 2000. Well, at least she did it with a hot song.
