I don't get it either, but that doesn't change the fact that Rod Stewart nabbed both Jennifer Hudson & Mary J. Blige for his new album Soulbook. First off, J-Hud lends her vocals to the track "Let It Be Me":Of course she's wonderful, but I think she was wasted here. She could've been given more to do. Also, MJB sings on "You Make Me Feel Brand New":
It's still a weird pairing to me, but Mary did a great job as usual.
