Janet Jackson has signed a new record deal with A&M Records that has the singer returning to where she started her career. This comes as no surprise, as Janet was recently spotted with Interscope Geffen A&M main man Jimmy Iovine & her new compilation album Number Ones was released on the label. Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins has been tapped to oversee production of Janet's next album, which is due in the second quarter of 2010. News of Darkchild working with ANYONE is good news!
