Whitney Houston & Usher are reportedly set to join forces with John Mayer, Wyclef Jean, Lionel Richie, Jermaine Jackson, & Dionne Warwick to remake Michael Jackson's "Will You Be There." Shawn King, Larry King's wife, put together the tribute, which will be a 50/50 benefit for The Larry King Cardiac Foundation & an unspecified charity close to MJ.
