The uniquely incredible Janelle Monae hit the stage at The Roots' jam session to perform her single "Sincerely, Jane" off Metropolis: The Chase Suite recently. Step aside, Lady GaGa: This is one refreshing chick I'm checkin' for. I wish we could've gotten a longer performance video because she was on fiyah!
