Elliott Yamin Performs On LiveDaily Sessions

Fight For Love

Know Better

Wait For You

Elliott Yamin performed a set, including a pair of tracks from his sophomore album Fight For Love, for LiveDaily Sessions recently. I think that one of the worst mistakes the public has made this year so far is ignoring Fight For Love. It sure would be great if his label released a new single & gave it the proper promo because people need to recognize this great album!

Elliott just released another single from the album Fight For Love. It just hit the charts! It's called, Can't Keep On Loving You (from a distance). Very nice song!

I don't think it's so much that the public has ignored his new project as the fact that many don't even know he HAS a new project. It's received very little promotion and even less airplay, thanks to being an indie artist. Radio is controlled by the big corporations now. There is little variety and few new artists get any play unless they're underwritten by one of the big labels. The same goes with exposure on TV -- if you're not signed with the big guys, they don't want to give you any time. I wish Elliott the best, as his talent is certainly above and beyond the mediocre dreck that radio and TV is shoving at us these days.

Thanks to blogs like yours I think that Indie artists like Elliott Yamin have a chance to be discovered and appreciated.

Millions of people are constantly seeking new music sources since radio has become so computerized and lacking any local identity these days.

I'd love Elliott to release "Know Better" to UAC. What do you think?
