As many of you know, David Archuleta has been busy recording a Christmas album. We now know that the project will be titled Christmas From The Heart & is due to be released on October 13th. Christmas in October! Excellent! Seriously though, I can't imagine a better singer that could record a Christmas album to get me in the holiday spirit. I can't wait![Source, Source]

Can't wait for the release of David Archuleta's Christmas CD on Oct. 13th!!! David ALWAYS sings from the heart!!! When listening to David sing, you don't just hear the song BUT you feel and internalize the music and lyrics as well! If you're ever going to buy a Christmas CD. . . this will be the one to have!!!
This is the David Archuleta from American Idol? I thought he was into doing Pop? I've heard alot of his music - Zero Gravity, Desperate, Crush? or am I confused? But also heard him sing Spanish before? Can someone set me straight?

Does anyone know if this is available in Canada? I can't wait for this CD and can't wait for his next "pop" CD coming out in the new year. David is an amazing artist with the best voice in the industry and now the best live performances. LOVE HIM!
I am so excited to get David Archuleta's "Christmas from the Heart" CD - I've already pre-ordered 6 and will be ordering more to give to family and friends. Doesn't matter if David is singing a fast song, or something slow and pretty, he always sings from the heart... you can hear it, see it, feel it!! Sooo excited for this Christmas album. It will be the first year since I was a child that I can't wait for Christmas, or at least 10/13/09. His singing penetrates my soul, and I just might not be able to stop listening after Christmas. I'm excited about his Pop alblum coming out next year too!!

Dear Anonymous: Yes, David has a second pop album coming out later. But in the meantime, he's dropping this Christmas album. Sounds like more traditional, ballad-type songs that can be connected with on an emotional level. I heard that it will include both Spanish and French songs as well. Yay!
I am so stinkin' excited for this album that it's not even funny! This will showcase David's amazing power vocals in more traditional, slower songs that all ages can connect to. Now I know what to give all of my friends and relatives who think they're too "mature" for David. And it includes Spanish and French songs, from what I hear!! Aagh!
