Professional footage of Britney Spears performing "Circus" on the tour & from the album both of the same name has surfaced via Yahoo! Yes, I'm excited to finally see some HQ footage from her show. Yes, I hope this means a DVD is in the works. But I'm not going to ignore the obvious. To quote "Miss Congeniality," Britney looks like a performing monkey in heels. It's just so depressing that she doesn't seem to care about the quality of her performances anymore.
