"Radar" is the fourth single off Britney Spears' Blackout, err, Circus. This video is pretty good... for a ballad. Even after all this time, they still can't put together a hot video to match the song. Of course, I can't really blame it on "them" because we all know Britney is just, for some reason, not all that interested anymore. Sad day.
