David Archuleta Performs National Anthem On Soccer

Those lucky [word for people that live in Utah]! David Archuleta sang "The Star-Spangled Banner" at a soccer game in Salt Lake City this evening & shut it down as usual. I wish I had a hometown representative as awesome as Archie! Anyway, I thought it was cool to read David's tweets about the game right before a video of him there popped up.. lol! (He's @DavidArchie if you didn't know... he tweets back & forth with Jordin Sparks all the time. Isn't that the coolest thing?!) One more thing: To address the recurring theme in the comments section of my last David post, I totally agree that "Zero Gravity" should be released as a single! That would be very exciting.

Thanks for posting this! David always does an amazing job on the national anthem- maybe someday he'll get to do it at the Super Bowl.

Thanks for the post! I always love David's renditions of the SSB (and I can't wait to buy Zero Gravity on iTunes, and I agree that it's fun to read David's and Jordin's back-and-forth tweets.)

One of these days I'll hear David sing the National Anthem in person. Really loved hearing him play A Thousand Miles in the middle of a huge stadium and then see him jump up and down to Zero Gravity. Can't wait to hear the songs on iTunes Tuesday. Thanks for the post, Bring Da Beat Back! Love you.

It was okay. Nasally and flat at times
