The Jonas Brothers' Lines, Vines & Trying Times top this week's Billboard 200 album chart (after selling less than half the number of copies their 10-month-old album did the first week out.) The Black-Eyed Peas continue their 1-2 reign atop the Hot 100 singles chart, with "Boom Boom Pow" leading the way. Debuting at #100 this week is Kelly Rowland & David Guetta's "When Love Takes Over," so yay for them!
