Rick Ross' Deeper Than Rap debuts atop this week's Billboard 200 album chart. The Black-Eyed Peas sit comfortably at the peak position of the Hot 100 singles chart this week with "Boom Boom Pow." Also, widening her lead for most top 10 singles from a female artist this decade to 12, Beyonce's "Halo" hits the #10 spot.
