Kelly Rowland Dropped From Columbia + More

Not long after Kelly Rowland made the wise career move to part ways with her manager Mathew Knowles, the former Destiny's Child singer has unfortunately been dropped from her label Columbia Records. The bullcrap the label is sending around about Kelly being "no longer commercially viable" is absurd. In fact, Kelly amazingly managed to salvage some success across the pond after the mishandling of her sophomore album Ms. Kelly & has been building her name up in the market ever since. This should have been a sign to her record company that there is plenty of interest there & should they put a slight amount of effort into promoting her properly, much success could have potentially been had. I'm never one to put too much faith in the industry to recognize talent, but hopefully Kelly can find a new home that will allow her to release that long-awaited third album & will give her the support she deserves. In the meantime, check out this talent that Columbia is now missing out on, courtesy of her new collaboration with David Guetta entitled "Love Takes Over":
