During this year's BET Honors, Monica honored Mary J. Blige with her rendition of "Not Gon Cry" (see: above). She also participated in the all-star finale performance. In addition, Keyshia Cole sang her new single "You Complete Me." Both ladies did an incredible job, so head over & check their performances out.
