^This week's #1 album on the Billboard 200 chart
This is exciting because it's the closest I've come in a long time to actually liking both the #1 album & single. Kanye West debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 album chart this week with his new album 808s & Heartbreak after selling 450,000 copies, which, despite being quite a drop-off from Graduation, is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm stoked to say that Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" has moved up to the pole position on this week's Hot 100 singles chart. It sold 228,000 copies in its second week of digital release, which is more than the first week total.
