Check out these brand new TV spots Britney Spears shot to promote the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. Also in the clips are this year's host Russell Brand & an elephant. I actually found them quite funny. The show goes down on September 7th.

the best part of the VMA's was Kanye West's performance at the end... the worst part was the host (what's with the accent?)
