Leona Lewis performed her singles "Better In Time" & "Bleeding Love" off her debut album Spirit recently in France at the NRJ Music Tour. Same ol', same ol'. Her talent seems so wasted; if only she was given some good material, she would be SO amazing. (Note: "Bleeding Love" is good, but ... it's time for something new.)

I think you've missed the point a bit. When you're successful worldwide and turn up at these sort of many-artist shows you're expected to sing the big hits - it would be ludicrous not to sing the current single in France (Better In Time) and the huge previous single (Bleeding Love) given most artists are only given time to sing two songs.
The problem with the internet is we get to see performances all around the world immediately, so we not only get to see loads of performances of the same single, but also stretched over a large time period due to the different release schedules in different regions.
If we restricted our music watching to our local territory and on TV only, we'd never get jaded.
On one hand, I see your point. We do get to see much more than we would due to the internet. At the same time, with songs like "Bleeding Love" getting shoved in our faces via radio, TV, etc. constantly no matter where we live, the song--not just performances of it--can get old.
Another issue I have is that there really aren't any songs on her album that I would rather hear her sing for a change. I definitely know that singing the hits has to be done, but, as much as I like Leona, her material doesn't do much for me. I'm looking forward to seeing what she puts out when she (possibly) has more creative control.
