Miss Ciara is getting her model on on the latest cover of Billboard magazine. I like the look, even if that particular picture isn't my absolute favorite. The singer is set to release her third album Fantasy Ride in November & if the Ludacris-assisted track "High Price" is any indication of what we can expect, Ciara will have one hot album on her hands. Who knew such an innovative artist would come from the girl that introduced herself to us with her "Goodies?"[Source]
