Same as last week... #1 album: Lil' Wayne Tha Carter III & #1 single: Katy Perry "I Kissed A Girl." Good news though--Mariah Carey debuted on the Hot 100 singles chart this week at #100 with her new single "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time." YAY!
