With not only her personal best, but the year's best first week sales, Mariah Carey debuts at #1 on the Billboard 200 album chart with her latest effort E=MC². The set sold 463,000 copies right out of the gate. Congrats, Mariah! In depressing news, Lil' Wayne tops the Hot 100 chart this week with his single "Lollipop." And with that, the vocoder is officially on the way out. That song is a disgrace. However, Mariah did land the week's Hot Shot Debut title with her new single "Bye Bye" debuting at #23.
