To the left, you can peep a recently spotted standee to promote the newly titled "Ice Age: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs," which doesn't hit theaters until July 2009. When it does, though, the 3rd Ice Age film will be released in 3D ... and, in the coming months & years, it won't be alone. In addition to Disney/Pixar's 3D re-releases of the first two Toy Story films leading up to the third movie in 3D, their major release of 2009, "Up," will also be released in 3D.
Soon, Dreamworks Animation will release all of their films in 3D. One of their biggest releases of this year (&, quite honestly, probably my most anticipated release of the year) is the sequel to their hit film "Madagascar." It seems as if, though, that they will be switching the name up for the second film from "Madagascar: The Crate Escape" to "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa."
