I must admit, I don't think there has ever been a time in the past that I paid any attention to this awards show. Nonetheless, this year should be an interesting one ...for Leona Lewis, anyway, so I thought I'd post a few notable nods:

I would also like to mention (obviously) that I recently discovered Kate Nash during her period as MTV's Artist of the Week and rather liked her genre of music. She has a few nice songs, and her likeness to Lily Allen doesn't hurt.
