Britney Spears "Till The World Ends" Video Preview

Check out this 30-second teaser for Britney Spears' new video "Till The World Ends", the second single off her new album Femme Fatale. I spy a nod to "I'm A Slave 4 U"! The video, which I'm hearing will premiere Wednesday, is said to have two versions, one of which will be choreography-heavy. Joy.

OneRepublic Performs "Good Life" On Ellen

OneRepublic debuted their new single "Good Life" off their almost year-&-a-half-old sophomore album Waking Up with a performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Not bad... sounds like somebody could use a little vocal rest though, huh? They've got a couple more performances coming up, but maybe he can get some in before then.

Mary J. Blige Album Update

On September 20th, Mary J. Blige will release her new album My Life II: The Journey Continues, the sequel to her classic album My Life. My Life II, MJB's 10th studio album, will include the first single "Someone To Love Me (Naked)" featuring Diddy & Lil' Wayne. The project is also set to feature production from Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Danja, The Underdogs, & Stargate. Interesting how Diddy let Mary have the Dirty Money song of (basically) the same name! I'm glad though because it sure needed help & Mary was just what the doctor ordered! Anyway, it looks like I might have to familiarize myself with the My Life album now (read: I've never heard it)...

Avril Lavigne On Sunrise + More

"What The Hell"

"Girlfriend"

Interview

Avril Lavigne has made her way down to Australia on the promo tour for her new album Goodbye Lullaby, where she performed the disc's first single & an old favorite on Sunrise. I don't think Avril gets enough credit for her live vocals. If you agree, because I fail at life, check out some more release-week performances from Avril:

Keri Hilson Performs "America The Beautiful" On WrestleMania 27

In front of 70,000+ people, Keri Hilson belted her rendition of "America The Beautiful" at WrestleMania 27. Seems like an odd place for something like this, being that it's not a real sport... she did a nice job anyway though! Keri's excellent sophomore album No Boys Allowed is out now.

Rihanna & Jennifer Nettles Perform "California King Bed" On 2011 Academy Of Country Music Awards

Rihanna performed her new single "California King Bed" off Loud for the first time in a unique way, teaming up with Jennifer Nettles from Sugarland to sing it as a duet at the 2011 Academy Of Country Music Awards. Strange. I like this better than the solo studio version...

Fefe Dobson "Can't Breathe" Video Premiere

"Can't Breathe" is the latest single off Fefe Dobson's new album Joy. I'm really glad she got to shoot a video for this song--a really effective one too! We've been missing these kinds of songs in music today.

Jordin Sparks "The World I Knew" Video Premiere

"The World I Knew" is Jordin Sparks' single from the upcoming Disney movie "African Cats", which hits theaters on April 22nd. I like the song & look forward to seeing the movie!

Kelly Rowland "Motivation" Video Preview

Check out this sneak peek of Kelly Rowland's new video "Motivation", which will hopefully find enough success to get her third album off the ground. The song is growing on me, especially with the Diplo remix to work with. Look out for the full video to premiere on Monday.

Idol Review: Top 11 Redux

Fantasia "Collard Greens & Cornbread"

Jacob Lusk "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word"

Pia Toscano "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me"

Overall, the songs of Elton John brought me a bit more enjoyment from the top 11 than Motown. That's to say, I suppose, that I thought Haley was alright & Thia had her best performance yet (among those I paid any attention to), so it's kind of a shame that she went home this week, but she needed to soon anyway. I am rejoicing however that Naima is gone! Lauren was boring, Stefano's song choice was lame once again, tame Casey was still no good, Scotty, Paul, James... all bad. Jacob & Pia delivered yet again though!

Billboard Update

^#1 Album #1 Single^

Congrats are in order for Jennifer Hudson, whose sophomore album I Remember Me made a strong #2 debut on this week's Billboard 200 album chart with solid first-week sales of 165,000 copies. Meanwhile, Katy Perry lands atop the Hot 100 singles chart with her Kanye West-assisted single "E.T." (the fourth #1 from her Teenage Dream album--nice!).

Christina Aguilera is the latest celeb to star in a commercial for C&A. That C&A, they have pretty cool ads! Interesting song choice, Christina...

Chipmunk ft. Keri Hilson "In The Air" Video Premiere

Colin Tilley directs Keri Hilson & Chipmunk in the video for "In The Air", the latest off the latter's upcoming album Transition. The video is hip-hop-by-the-numbers, while judging by what I hear, it might as well be the Queen of England rapping LOL!

Ashanti Collaborates With Jim Jones

Ashanti is featured on the track "Changing The Locks" off Jim Jones' forthcoming album Capo (April 5th). Listen to their collaboration below:

Sounds... like Ashanti.
