I am pleased to report that the assault charge against Mario has been dropped. While on the witness stand in court, Mario's mother admitted to having been on drugs when she made the allegations against her son that led to his arrest last month. Mario tweeted a statement about being cleared, saying that he is "glad to finally be vindicated" & thanking "everybody who believed in [him]." This doesn't surprise me at all, considering his mother's history of heroin addiction, & I wish the two of them the best of luck with their relationship.[Source, Source, Source]
