New Stuff Tuesday

Today is quite an exciting day for new releases if I do say so myself. First up, we have the highly anticipated debut album In A Perfect World... from Keri Hilson. I recently gave the set, which features the singles "Knock You Down" with Kanye West & Ne-Yo, "Turnin' Me On" with Lil' Wayne, "Return The Favor" with Timbaland, & "Energy," a glowing review, so be sure to support your girl & purchase your copy of the album by clicking its cover above. Also, Mandisa's sophomore album Freedom, which I gave a positive review & features the single "My Deliverer," comes out today (click cover above to buy). Last but not least comes "Bolt," the latest fun-filled, Oscar-nominated, computer-animated movie from Disney, which you can purchase by clicking its cover above as well.

The Caffeine Patch: 2009 Academy Award Nominees Announced

"WALL-E" received six nominations for the 2009 Academy Awards, which ties "Beauty & The Beast'"s record for most nominations for an animated film. Joining "WALL-E" in the Best Animated Feature category are "Kung Fu Panda" & "Bolt." Disney/Pixar's "Presto" was also nominated in the Best Animated Short Film category. For a full list of nominees, click HERE. Not too shabby, I must say. The Oscars air February 22nd @ 8/7c on ABC.

Have a bad week? Well, here's something to cheer you up! New trailers for two of the coolest-looking upcoming animated movies have surfaced. The first is for "Up," Disney/Pixar's next film, which is set for release on May 29th of next year. This is our first real look at the movie & it looks great. The second is for "Bolt," a new one from Disney which hits theaters much sooner on November 21st. The hamster is 'fully awesome' & my favorite part of the trailer was the very end! Finally, don't forget that both of these films will be released in Disney Digital 3D!

Check out this brand new trailer for Disney's upcoming computer animated flick "Bolt." For anyone who has seen "WALL-E" or "Journey To The Center Of The Earth 3D" (in which it is actually played in 3D!), you've already seen this trailer. However, I would like to introduce the film to everyone else. I think it looks hilarious & I LOVE the hamster! It will probably be good, despite Miley Cyrus' voice "talent" lol. "Bolt" hits theaters in Disney Digital 3D(!) on November 26th.
